At Digital Media Arts College, we will help guide you through the process of finding a safe and comfortable place to live so that you can focus on your studies and enjoy your college experience. We know you have a lot on your plate right now; that's why we've developed a process to help you find safe, comfortable and affordable housing close to our campus. This will make it easy for you to take advantage of our art studio, library, and round-the-clock labs.
Digital Media Arts College Housing offers student suites at two locations near the college. Students living in Digital Media Arts College Housing are assigned to suites with other students attending the College. Residents can take advantage of the following amenities located on the grounds at no cost:
Exclusive address within walking distance to Digital Media Arts College, as well as Boca’s best shopping, restaurants, golf courses, galleries, theaters and nightlife.
Amenities include:
- Courtyard
- Two tennis courts
- Exterior storage
- Spa
- Two heated pools
- Clubhouse
- Fitness center (24 hours/7days)
- Parking and public transportation
- Gated community
San Marco at Broken Sound is also conveniently located within walking distance to Digital Media Arts College, as well as Boca’s best shopping, entertainment and business centers.
Amenities include:
- Two pools
- Recreation facilities
- Tennis, basketball and volleyball courts
- Jogging trail
- State-of-the-art fitness center (24 hour)
Once DMAC has received these items and a financial plan is finalized, the Housing Process begins for placing the student into a suite.
Students are not guaranteed a space in Digital Media Arts College Housing. Assignments are based on the date that the housing application and $150.00 housing fee are received, AND the date that the student is officially accepted for enrollment at DMAC. Students who cannot be placed in Digital Media Arts College Housing may have to accept alternate housing until a suite becomes available.
Approximately two weeks before the start of the term, the student receives notification of housing assignment placement, move-in times and dates, and his/her suitemate’s contact information.
Students are encouraged to call suitemates in advance to coordinate sharing of space, furniture, small appliances, and electronics.
